  • Administer medications and vaccines as directed, following clinic protocols and safety guidelines

  • Maintain examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness, stocked supplies, and proper equipment functioning

  • Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, follow-up care, and preventive health practices
     

Billing & Coding Clerk

  • Accurately assign CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes based on provider documentation and current coding guidelines

  • Verify insurance eligibility and benefits before patient appointments

  • Prepare and submit clean claims to insurance carriers promptly

  • Review and resolve claim denials, rejections, and discrepancies to ensure maximum reimbursement

  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, payer requirements, and federal/state regulations

  • Generate patient statements and process payments, posting to the appropriate accounts
     

Records Transcriber

  • Transcribe physician notes, diagnostic reports, and other medical documentation into the EMR with high accuracy

  • Review transcribed materials for completeness and correct medical terminology usage

  • Organize, update, and maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies

  • Retrieve and forward medical records to authorized parties, ensuring proper release-of-information procedures

  • Maintain confidentiality and data security while managing sensitive health information
