One of my key responsibilities was the creation and maintenance of the JAV website, ensuring that it served as an effective platform for our consulting services. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in supporting Request for Proposals, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the consultancy.

A significant part of my daily tasks involved the registration of commercial vehicles, including tractors, trailers, trucks, and vans. I took charge of the meticulous composition, transcription, and recording/filing of various crucial documents such as trainings, logs, registration details, vehicle maintenance records, and personnel documentation. This comprehensive documentation also included the crucial responsibility of managing drug and alcohol testing records for drivers.
In the realm of education, I actively participated in the delivery of a range of courses, from HAZMAT courses for drivers to Logbook classes, Vehicle Maintenance classes, Registration with DOT classes, and Transportation Safety classes. I was well-versed in Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulation, CFR49, and the proper procedures for tying down loads/equipment. My involvement extended to conducting Drug and Alcohol classes, contributing to a comprehensive and well-rounded training program.

Beyond these educational and administrative responsibilities, I played a role in legal investigations of traffic accidents, specifically within the framework of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. This involved a careful examination of accounts payable duties, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial transactions. Simultaneously, I managed accounts receivable and invoicing tasks, maintaining a balanced and efficient financial workflow.
In summary, my experience as an Administrative Assistant with JAV Consulting was marked by a multifaceted involvement in the intricacies of International DOT Consulting, from educational program delivery to meticulous documentation and financial responsibilities.
